4. User Conduct

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to FriendsBook (such as book reviews, notes, and comments). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

6. Book Lending

FriendsBook facilitates book lending between users. When lending or borrowing books:

• All lending arrangements are made directly between users
• FriendsBook is not responsible for the condition, return, or loss of physical books
• Users are responsible for agreeing on lending terms with their friends
• We do not mediate disputes between users regarding book loans

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by FriendsBook and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our express written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services such as Google and Facebook for authentication. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party services.
